A dietician can help you and your parents find the right type of food to give you energy and not make your tummy ache. They might ask you to eat food you don’t like to help you feel stronger. If you try these foods, you may like them after all.
Remember, we all need to eat healthy food to give us the energy to do all the things that we want to do.
You should be able to eat most of your favourite foods when you are feeling well.
