corporate fundraising

Are you interested in supporting CICRA through your company, or looking for a corporate partnership?

If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you − please get in contact with us. Whether your company is local or national, we will ensure a mutually beneficial partnership for all.

Without the support of our current partners, we wouldn’t be able to develop our existing support or create new services for children living with Crohn's and colitis.

How could we work together?

Charity of the year
Want to nominate us as your company’s charity of the year? We know that not every company is the same, so we will work with you to organise a year that will be one to remember and bespoke to what you are looking for. Choose CICRA and we will work with you to organise a programme of activities throughout the year. You can enter teams into our events, hold your own events such as dances or bespoke challenges, or run simple fundraising schemes at work.

Sponsorship
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality information for children and families affected by inflammatory bowel disease. One of the ways in which we do this is to hold our information days throughout the year. These events are vital to educating families about the condition and are a way of companies showing their support through appropriate corporate sponsorship. You can sponsor a family day, a young person's workshop, a range of charity information, (e.g. newsletters, booklets, web information) which can be a fantastic advertising opportunity.

Shared audiences
Being able to reach a bigger audience is something that every organisation needs to grow. By being part of each other’s publications, website and social media could enable both you and us to promote key messages, campaigns and share our mission.

Payroll giving
Payroll Giving is a flexible scheme which allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly and on a tax free basis to the charities and good causes of their choice. Payroll Giving donations are deducted before tax so each £1.00 an employee gives will only cost them 80p, and if you're a higher rate tax payer it will only cost  60p. Payroll Giving (also known as Give As You Earn or workplace giving) is a valuable, long term source of revenue, providing regular income to help us budget and plan ahead more effectively. Employees can choose to support us with a regular donation direct from their pay.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and customer relationship management (CRM)
Being involved with a charity in a cause-related marketing campaign is a brilliant way to get involved and show your support, and is mutually beneficial to all involved. For example, it can convey to your employees and customers your corporate responsibility, improve customer loyalty and sales, and produce positive brand association. All this, as well as raising much needed funds for CICRA along the way.

Fundraising in the workplace
You don’t need to support a charity for a year, month or even a week. Taking part and organising a day or even a lunchtime fundraiser can not only get your team working together and away from their normal duties, but can really help support children with IBD. Whether it be a dress-down day, Christmas jumper party or lunchtime talent show, we would love to hear from you.

Whatever the key issues you face, we have the creativity and unique opportunities that can help you solve them – greater employee engagement, more motivated staff and happier customers.
