We were delighted to be part of the IBD UK team launching the updated IBD Standards last week at the annual meeting of the British Society of Gastroenterology
The new IBD Standards cover both children and adults with IBD and put the patient at the centre, following their journey from pre diagnosis to ongoing care.
IBD UK is a partnership of 17 patient and professional organisations working together for everyone affected by Crohn's, colitis and all types of inflammatory bowel disease. We’ve joined forces to develop and publish new standards that define what good care should look like for people living with IBD, of all ages.
On July 8th, a patient survey will open to gather the views from patients, parents and carers of their experience of care.
