IBD Family Information Day. Saturday 12th November 2016,
Medical professionals from hospitals across the East and South East of England will be on hand to answer questions, give talks and host discussion groups on a variety of subjects associated with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Listen to talks from young people with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and parents giving their perspective. Friendly informal group sessions for children and young adults, a children’s entertainer will be available during the afternoon for the younger children. The meetings are a great way to meet and chat to other families in a similar situation.

Ice-breaker session for the children and young adults
A sandwich buffet lunch will be provided.
Friendly informal sessions for teenagers (10-15 years) and young adults (16+).
A professional children’s entertainer will be available for the younger children.
Small discussion groups for adult family members to rotate around, topics include:
*Living & Coping with IBD *Treatments & Medication *Diet & Nutrition *Research *Tests, Investigations & Surgery.
