• Would you like to take part in a survey which aims to understand how young people (16-24 years old) cope with Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis?

It is hoped the research will help inform the support young people receive when they are coping with IBD. The study is being organised by the University of Sheffield and undertaken by Rebecca Jackson a Trainee Clinical Psychologist.

Before you decide to take part it is important for you to understand what it will involve. Take time to decide whether or not you wish to take part. You will be asked to answer some questions which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Some of the questions in the survey will ask you about how you feel physically and emotionally and how you respond to stress.  Your responses will be anonymous and you will not be identifiable in any reports or publications of this study.
