Tell your parents or carers that you have visited this site and ask them to click on to the adult site so that they will be able to learn more about your condition and what CICRA is doing to find better treatments and a cure.

Tell your teachers that they can get more information from CICRA by telephoning or writing to the CICRA office.  On the adult site there is an order form for leaflets/publications that can be printed off.

If you know of any other children who have Crohn’s or Ulcerative Colitis ask them if they have visited this site yet.
