SEPTEMBER

4th September - 11 year old Lewis Bryson, a CICRA member, and his friend Becky MacInnes will be running the Junior Great Scottish Run in Glasgow.  If you would like to sponsor Lewis and Becky please contact the office on 0208 949 6209.

16th September - Amanda Inglis will be organising a fashion show in aid of CICRA.

19th - The Great North Run - Our runners for 2010 are Mike Irwin, Nicholas Doyle, Alexander Woodgate, Tim Curry, Katharine Draper, Shaun Scott, James McColl, Mark Bennett, Alexander White, Georgina Grant, James Grant, Andrew Kay, Liam Young, Scott Ramsay, Martin Lee, Ray Lee, Cristina Almeida, Lourdes Bradley and Len Edwards.

9th October - CICRA Open Day at Southampton General Hospital.  For further information please contact the office on 0208 949 6209.

24th - The Great South Run - Our runners for 2010 are Dorian Simmonds, Mark Bowler, Allison Caryer and Sam Stone.  Neve Simmonds aged 13 will be running in the BUPA Junior run on 23rd October.
