Would you like to meet and chat to other families who have a child with IBD?
Have you ever left clinic and remembered a question you would like to have asked?
Medical professionals from hospitals across the East and South East of England will be on hand to answer questions, give talks and host discussion groups on a variety of subjects associated with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Listen to talks from young people with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and parents giving their perspective.
The meetings are a great way to meet and chat to other families in a similar situation; youngsters with IBD can often feel isolated and alone and the meetings are a great way to chat, ask questions and make new friends.
Friendly informal group sessions for children and young adults. A professional children’s entertainer will be available during the afternoon for the younger children.
If you would like to attend, please contact Jayne at the CICRA office to secure your place. Places must be reserved in advance and will not be available on the day.
CICRA is the only charity in the UK focused specifically on Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis in children and young adults and is dedicated to developing better treatments, raising awareness and providing support for those affected.
